Acceptable Use Policy

This English text is a convenience translation; the legally binding version of this Acceptable Use Policy is in German. The operator is Digitalmindsoft Publishing e.K., based in Germany. The version published in the service applies.

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of AmberCraft / AmberCraft Studio and supplements our Terms of Service. The user is solely responsible for their inputs (prompts, uploaded images, references) and for all content generated with them.

2. Prohibited content

You must not use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that:

  • is pornographic, sexually explicit, “NSFW”, or sexually suggestive — whether real or AI-generated;
  • sexualizes minors: absolute zero tolerance; child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is reported to the competent authorities;
  • shows sexual or intimate depictions of real, identifiable persons without their explicit consent;
  • recognizably depicts real persons without their consent — including deepfakes, face-swaps, and other face manipulation;
  • is unlawful, hateful, discriminatory, glorifies violence, or is harmful to minors;
  • infringes the rights of third parties (in particular copyright, trademark, personality, or data protection rights);
  • is harassing, insulting, deceptive, or misleading.

3. Reference uploads

You may upload reference images only of yourself. Uploading images of any other or third person, public figures, or minors is strictly prohibited and leads to immediate suspension of your account without refund; it may result in a criminal complaint and prosecution. Reference uploads are reserved for users aged 18 and over. Every upload is automatically screened for prohibited content before it is stored; images that do not pass are not stored.

4. Prohibited conduct

Circumventing or defeating our moderation and filtering measures, attempting to generate prohibited content, automated bulk retrieval, and any other abusive use of the Service are prohibited.

5. AI generation and moderation

Prompt inputs are screened automatically before generation; we may review and test inputs and outputs at any time. Bypassing moderation is prohibited. AmberCraft is built on third-party AI services — the user remains responsible for the content they generate.

6. Enforcement

In the event of violations we may remove content, restrict functions, and suspend or terminate the account — for serious or repeated violations without prior notice and without refund of Amber already purchased. Unlawful content, in particular CSAM, is reported to the competent authorities.

7. Relation to other terms

This policy supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Where they conflict, the stricter requirement applies.
